Manage User Access
• Review and respond to application access requests.
• Approve appropriate users.
• Remove users who no longer require access.
• Modify permissions when responsibilities change.
A Carrier Group Administrator (CGA) is the designated representative responsible for managing Application Manager access on behalf of a PCRB and DCRB member carrier.
Carrier Group Administrators review user access requests, approve or deny application access as appropriate, and help ensure users maintain the permissions necessary to perform their responsibilities.
More importantly, CGAs help safeguard their organization’s access to PCRB and DCRB applications by maintaining accurate user information and ensuring access reflects current business needs.
As digital services continue to expand, the CGA serves as an important operational contact between the member carrier and PCRB.

Selecting the right Carrier Group Administrator (CGA) is an important organizational decision.
Because CGAs manage access to PCRB applications on behalf of their organizations, they should be individuals who understand their organization’s structure, communicate effectively across departments, and can respond to access requests in a timely manner.
While each organization determines its own approach, successful CGAs often share several of the following characteristics:
