Delaware Compensation Rating Bureau (“DCRB”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal and confidential information in our possession. This Privacy and Security Statement outlines our data collection, usage, sharing, and security practices.

DCRB is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except as disclosed in this statement or as required by law.

We collect personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) when you register for DCRB accounts, complete and submit a Financial Data Manager (FDM) Application, or use certain features of our website. This information is used to communicate with you regarding service changes, the Financial Data Manager (FDM) Application, and the Financial Data Incentive Program.

Additionally, our servers automatically log non-personal data related to website usage, including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited.

To access members-only features, users must complete a registration form. Required information may include the name of a primary contact person, their email address, DCRB name, mailing address, phone number, and user credentials (User ID and Password). User credentials may be assigned by DCRB or generated by the application.

DCRB does not disclose personally identifiable or sensitive information to third parties, except as follows:

  • When required by law, including in response to subpoenas, court orders, legal processes, or regulatory agency requests.
  • If disclosure is mandated by a state insurance regulator, users will be notified within a reasonable timeframe unless prohibited by law.
  • Aggregated, non-personal financial and insurance data may be shared with regulatory agencies, our members, or the public for statistical and reporting purposes. Such data is not linked to any personally identifiable information unless expressly required by the state insurance regulator.

We use cookies (small text files stored on your device) to recognize repeat visitors, enhance user experience, and analyze website traffic. Cookies do not contain personally identifiable information.
