Changes To Reporting Requirements For Delaware Indemnity Data Call Will Enhance Analysis and Research

The Delaware Compensation Rating Bureau, Inc. (DCRB) is updating reporting requirements for the Delaware Indemnity Data Call Quarterly Records to enhance analysis and research capabilities. These changes align with NCCI standards to ensure consistency and accuracy across reporting frameworks. Compliance with the new requirements begins with Q4 2025 data, due by March 31, 2026. Mandatory testing of the updated process must be completed by December 31, 2025.
