DCRB Filing No. 2304 – Proposed Effective December 1, 2023

On August 2, 2023, the DCRB submitted a residual market rate and voluntary market loss cost filing to the Delaware Department of Insurance. Also included in this filing is proposed revisions to designated auditable payrolls. That filing, designated as DCRB Filing No. 2304, proposed revisions to residual market rates, voluntary market loss costs and related rating values effective December 1, 2023.
