DCRB Filing No. 1603 – December 1, 2016 Rate and Loss Cost Filing

On August 2, 2016, the DCRB submitted a residual market rate and voluntary market loss cost filing to the Delaware Department of Insurance. That filing, designated as DCRB Filing No. 1603, proposed revisions to residual market rates, voluntary market loss costs and related rating values effective December 1, 2016.

Subsequently, the DCRB amended the filing based on an agreement with the Delaware Ratepayer Advocate and the Department of Insurance.  The amended filing was approved on October 14, 2016.
