Resources Available for New Reporting Requirements For Delaware Indemnity Data Call

The Delaware Compensation Rating Bureau (DCRB) has released updated resources to assist carriers with new reporting requirements for the Delaware Indemnity Data Call. Beginning with 4Q 2025 data—due March 31, 2026—carriers must report six new data elements, including Classification Code, Return to Work Date, and Number of Dependents.

The revised Indemnity Data Call Manual, along with updated edit matrices and record layouts, is now available on DCRB’s website under the Indemnity page in the Data Reporting section. All changes are highlighted in green for easy reference.

Mandatory testing is required for all reporters and must be completed by December 31, 2025.
