Proposed Revisions to Delaware Basic Manual Provisions Related to COVID-19

The DCRB submitted Filing No. 2301 to the Delaware Department of Insurance containing proposed revisions to the DE Basic Manual provisions related to the COVID-19. The filing proposes an end date of June 30, 2023, to all COVID-19 related provisions.  The proposed effective date of changes is July 1, 2023.    Please see Filing No. 2301 for additional detail.
