Late Policy Fines Begin July 1 Under DCRB’s PDQAP

The Delaware Compensation Rating Bureau (DCRB) reminds members that Phase 1 of the Policy Data Quality Assurance Program (PDQAP) takes effect July 1, 2025. Carriers submitting new or renewal policies 36 days or more after the effective date will face fines ranging from $50 to $2,000. Previously detailed in Circular Nos. 1047, 1048, and 1050, this initiative promotes timely, accurate policy reporting.
