NEWS
Effective December 1, 2026, the Delaware Compensation Rating Bureau (DCRB) will transition to publishing loss costs, rates, and expected loss rates (ELRs) with three decimal places (e.g., 2.324), improving pricing accuracy across the system. Early changes begin July 1, 2025, when ELRs in WCRATING files will assume three-digit precision. Carriers must update systems to ensure compliance across policy reporting, unit statistical reporting, financial data calls, and rating worksheets. This initiative supports greater accuracy—especially for low-rate classifications—and reflects DCRB’s commitment to data quality and operational excellence.
