The DCRB solicited, on behalf of the Nominating Committee, nominations for insurer and employer representatives to the DCRB's Governing Board, Classification and Rating Committee, Actuarial Committee, and Nominating Committee. At the 2024 Annual Meeting, on April 18, 2024, the DCRB membership will elect insurer members and employer candidates to fill the two open positions on the Governing Board, the three open positions on the Classification and Rating Committee, two open positions on the Actuarial Committee, one open position on the Nominating Committee. Under Article XII of the DCRB Bylaws, these Governing Board and Committee members may serve three-year terms.
After careful deliberation, on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, the Nominating Committee recommends that the following members be elected to three-year terms beginning as of the April 18, 2024, following the Annual Meeting, and ending as of the 2027 Annual Meeting.

The Nominating Committee believes that these candidates are the best choices to represent the insurer and employer members on the Governing Board and Committees and that the composition of the Committees is harmonious with the principles of the Nominating Committee’s rules and procedures. Subject to the election of these candidates by the Membership at the 2024 Annual Meeting, the members of the 2024 Governing Board and Committees will serve as follows:
