Changes to DE Medical Data Call and Indemnity Data Call Eligibility Requirements

The Delaware Compensation Rating Bureau (DCRB) is expanding eligibility requirements for its Medical and Indemnity Data Calls to include all carrier groups, regardless of size. Participation remains mandatory for those with at least 0.5% market share in Delaware, with new thresholds introduced in a phased rollout.

Beginning July 1, 2026, carriers with 0.25% or more market share in Delaware or Pennsylvania must report data, followed by all remaining carriers starting January 1, 2027. This change promotes consistency and enables more complete data validation, improving the accuracy of ratemaking, experience mods, and pricing analysis.
