Approval of DCRB Filing No. 2301 and Filing No. 2302 - Revisions to Delaware Basic Manual and Statistical Plan Related to Covid-19

The Delaware Department of Insurance has approved DCRB Filings No. 2301 and No. 2302 which contained revisions to the DE Basic Manual and DE Statistical Plan Manual provisions related to the COVID-19. The approved filings create an end date of June 30, 2023, for all COVID-19 related provisions.  The effective date of changes is July 1, 2023.    For additional information, refer to DCRB Circular No. 1022 and Circular No. 1023.
