Annual Update of Industry Studies

The annual review of the various pricing programs used in workers compensation insurance to provide direct incentives to employers are now available. These reports listed below have been updated for policy years 2006 through 2019.

• Schedule Rating Plan showed an overall average credit of 12.7% in 2019 unchanged from 2018.
  
  
• Workplace Safety Program showed an overall average credit of 11.1% in 2019 compared to 11.4% in 2018.
  
  
• Construction Classification Premium Adjustment Program showed an overall average credit of 17.7% in 2019 unchanged from 2018.
