Supporting Safety-Focused Construction Employers Through Premium Credits
The Delaware Construction Classification Premium Adjustment Program (DCCPAP) provides premium credits to qualifying construction employers that pay wages above the applicable statewide average. By recognizing higher wage levels, the program helps ensure more equitable premium outcomes across construction classifications while supporting competitive, safety-focused employers.
To apply, complete and submit the DCCPAP premium credit application using one of the methods below. Questions regarding eligibility or form completion should be directed to the Experience Rating Department.
