DCRB Filing #2601 – Proposed Effective December 1, 2026

On July 28, DCRB submitted this filing proposing revisions to the DCRB Workers’ Compensation Manual of Rules, Classifications, and Rating Values for Workers’ Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance (Basic Manual).

These revisions are proposed to implement changes to the Delaware Workplace Safety Program resulting from the enactment of Delaware Senate Bill 248 of 2026 (An Act to Amend Title 19 of the Delaware Code Relating to the Workplace Safety Program), which was signed into law by Governor Matt Meyer on June 10, 2026.
