Timeliness Compliance Resources Released as Part of PDQAP Ahead of July 1 Implementation

The DCRB has published its Delaware Policy Timeliness Compliance Guide and PDQAP FAQ to assist carriers in meeting new policy submission timeliness requirements. Beginning July 1, 2025, insurers will face fines for submitting policies 36 days or more after the effective date, as part of Phase 1 of the Policy Data Quality Assurance Program (PDQAP). The guide outlines compliance steps, including how to access late policy reports in the Policy Data Manager (PDM) and manage monthly notifications. Members are encouraged to prepare now.
