The Delaware Compensation Rating Bureau (DCRB) has introduced a new electronic and automated version of the ERM-14 Ownership Form, improving how ownership and entity changes are submitted and reviewed. The digital form supports reporting for name or entity status changes, mergers, combinations, and ownership transfers that affect experience rating determinations.

Accessible through DCRB.com, the updated ERM-14 allows users to log in with a Policy Number or Bureau File Number and complete a guided, logic-based form tailored to the type of transaction being reported. The system helps ensure completeness and accuracy while allowing users to upload required supporting documentation securely.

Once submitted, the information is routed for analyst review, and confirmation is provided to the submitter. The new ERM-14 reflects a practical modernization effort focused on improving usability, data quality, and timeliness. The form is available under Industry Resources → Forms on DCRB.com.
