Delaware Construction Classification
A number of jurisdictions apply various "premium adjustment programs" to exposures in the construction industry as a means of reallocating workers compensation premiums between high- and low-wage employers. Delaware is one such state, using the Delaware Construction Classification Premium Adjustment Program (DCCPAP) for this purpose. Following is a review of results obtained under the DCCPAP covering policies affective from January 1, 1994 through December 31, 2008.
